Leading with Care: A Policy for Ensuring a Climate of Safety

Leading with Care is “A Policy for Ensuring a Climate of Safety for Children, Youth and Vulnerable Adults in The Presbyterian Church in Canada.” It is designed to prevent abuse and protect the vulnerable by providing a safe environment, (including screening of leaders and teachers); to train and support leaders and teachers and to report any incidents of abuse, neglect, and harm to the appropriate agencies.
